Abstract：This article concentrates on the renaissance of the natural law under the background that an attempt is made to construct the harmonized society in China．Ancient China saw no natural law in form but did exist there a natural law in substance：the instinctive nature of the natural law and the evolution of rule of law in China will sure revive the natural law．With reference to the construction of contemporary：natural law．we’d better adopt construction rationalism．Both affirmative and negative conditions grow in China for the renaissance of natural law．
